Manual harvesting: the fatigue gives way to quality

The harvesting is the final step of a year of hard job.

With manual harvesting we mean that the harvest is made by persons and not by machines, using 15 kg small baskets. With manual cultivation, only the best grape clusters are picked and you can avoid spontaneous fermentations that could alter the final product. Harvesting by hand, guarantees only the best grapes will be used to make wine, creating better quality.
