It is common belief among the absolute beginners to consider rosé wine as a mixture between red wine and white wine. Nothing could be further from the truth!

The production of  a rosé wine is more particular and more meticulous in particular for these companies that produce great quality. Starts from a careful analysis of the grapes, usually red grapes  vinified white, ensuring that the skins, where there are contained the colouring substances, are allowed to remain in contact with the juice for  a short period.
