Naturally fermented quality sparkling wine made from organic gaglioppo grapes grown in our vineyards with a fermentation in autoclave. Fresh, with hints of berries, a fine and persistent perlage, full bodied, fruity and slightly acid.

Quality Brut sparkling wine, ideal as an aperitif and in combination with appetizers. Its vivacity, its freshness and its softness make it suitable to accompany first courses of Mediterranean cuisine and great seconds of fish. It is recommended to drink at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
