Made from organic Gaglioppo grapes, grown with a reduced yield per plant in our vineyards in Cirò.

The selection and the collection rigorously by hand, followed by a careful vinification and by an accurate refinement in medium size barrels, make it a red wine tending toward garnet with a spicy scent and a full, soft and balanced flavour.

Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C with first courses of the mediterranean cooking, meat dishes and roasts.
