Made from Gaglioppo grapes grown with reduced yield per plant in our vineyard at the “Corfu Vecchiu” of Cirò. The accurate vinification and the careful refinement before in steel, then in barriques, followed by a stay in medium-sized barrels for two years, make it a deep red wine by the bright color with a spicy scent and a full, smooth and balanced flavor.

Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C with first courses of the mediterranean cooking, meat dishes and roasts. It should be oxygenated before tasting.
