An accurate selection of our Cabernet Sauvignon and Gaglioppo grapes gave life to this wine, the Cassiodoro Senator, a deep red colour, with aromas of ripe fruit and spicy notes of coffee, chocolate and black pepper; a full avor well compensated by a good acidity that makes it intense and persistent.

It goes very well with aged cheeses, tasty rst courses, red meats and grilled dishes. Serve at a temperature of 18-22 °C. It should be oxygenated before tasting.
