Quality Sparkling Extra Dry Made from organically white Greco, Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni grapes, grown in our vineyards. The careful manual selection, the accurate vini cation and the fermentation with “pied de cuve” in autoclave for six months, give to these grapes important aromas, colors and avors.

Excellent with rst courses of the mediterranean cooking, fresh cheeses and dishes of end of the meal. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
