Naturally fermented quality sparkling wine made from organic gaglioppo grapes grown in our vineyards with a fermentation in autoclave. Quality Brut sparkling wine, ideal as an aperitif and in combination with appetizers. Its vivacity, its freshness and its softness make it suitable to accompany first courses of Mediterranean cuisine and great seconds of fish.
