Made from Gaglioppo grapes grown with a reduced yield per plant in our vineyard at the “Corfu Vecchiu” in Cirò. Careful vinification and meticulous aging, first in steel, then in barriques, followed by aging in medium-sized barrels for two years, yield a wine with an intense and radiant red color, a spicy aroma, and a full, smooth, and balanced flavor.

Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C with first courses of the mediterranean cooking, meat dishes and roasts. It should be oxygenated before tasting.
